Reservation Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in time is 12:30 PM / Check-out time is 10:00 am.
  • All guests need to carry Valid ID (Pan card is not a valid ID).
  • Pets are allowed but are restricted in the Swimming pool area, Restaurant, and Buffet area.
  • Balance payment must be settled at the time of check-in.
  • Outside Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  • Loud music is strictly Prohibited after 10:00pm.
  • Burning fireworks is strictly prohibited.
  • Hookah is strictly Prohibited.
  • Taking the buffet food (Breakfast, Lunch, High Tea, Dinner) outside the Restaurant is Prohibited.
  • Management is not responsible for the theft or loss of personal property. Parking on the premises is at Owner's risk.

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservation cancellation requests received 7 days prior to check-in date, we shall provide 100% refund.
  • Reservation cancellation requests received, within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date, 100% retention will be charged.
  • Rescheduling requests of the reservation 7 days prior to check-in date, will be considered.
  • Rescheduling requests of the reservation, within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date won't be considered, 100% retention will be charged.
